Its a case of vertigo n high blood pressure........
- A woman 55yrs old comes to me with following complains:->
- VERTIGO...giddiness + feeling as if would fall down
- Violent + Throbbing HEADACHE with DROWSINESS.
- Throat : Dryness...Thirst Normal
- Tongue : Coated white with cracked in centre,,,
- Vomitting,,
- Urine profuse and Frequent..which gives her relief in headache..
